Instagram yoga challenges are popular. This is a fact. They also serve as a way to communicate messages to the yogic community. ZENAGOY yoga brand with the help of brand Ambassadors organised an IG yoga challenge called #dateonthemat . With this challenge we focused on love - to the yoga practice and people who motivate us. The winner of this yoga challenge was allowed to select a person to whom she/he would like to gift the second mat. Today we are presenting the winner of #dateonthemat challenge, Mrs Ivanka, whose biggest inspiration for the yogic journey is her cousin Sharka.

Q: How did yoga enter your Life?

A: I knew about yoga for a very long time ago, but I used to do other sports and physical activities. I really loved (and still love) dance and ballet. I probably started dancing first, not walking. In the high school I liked playing football and volleyball however when I started my studies at the university, almost all my activities went away. After the studies I started a new job and all my long days in the office.
My wonderful cousin Sarka introduced me to yoga recently and I am very grateful to her for this. Yoga helps me with backache and mainly helps me clear my head. It´s really important to find time for yoga practice - the time stops and all daily problems are just gone.
